At Mitzi Bespoke we aim for the very highest standards of customer service.

Delivery Policy
We strive to ensure that all products featured on our website are available for immediate dispatch and aim to ship all orders within one working day of receiving them. In the unlikely event that we are not able to do this, we will email you to let you know when we expect to be able to send you your jewellery.

Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your jewellery, and come back to us for further purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with it, we offer a no quibble returns policy. Just return your jewellery to us, unworn and in its original packaging with the accompanying delivery slip, within 10 days of purchase, and we will refund you the cost of your jewellery. Packages should be sent registered delivery to ensure safe arrival. Our return mailing address is on your original invoice.

Looking After Your Jewellery
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver alloyed with other metals, making it excellent for use in jewellery making. Sterling silver will last a lifetime if it is cared for properly. Ideally it should be stored clean in an airtight bag. We do not recommend the use of silver dips or paste cleaners. To clean pieces, we suggest that they are immersed in warm, mildly soapy water and gently brushed with a soft toothbrush, rinsed in warm water and then dried with a soft cloth. The silver components in your jewellery should then be gently polished to a shine with a silver cloth. (If left open to the air, sterling silver will tarnish initially to a yellowish colour and eventually to black.) Regularly wearing your Mitzi Bespoke, will help prevent it from tarnishing.
